Do you accept International orders?
International shipping rates and time frames differ from those of domestic orders. District Lines is not responsible for any taxes or tariffs you may incur by ordering. Shipping and Handling costs ONLY cover our shipping and handling costs to send the item to you.

What is your shipping location?
All our goods are shipped from our warehouse located in The Netherlands.

Can I cancel my order?
If you like to cancel your order please contact us via the contact form below. Orders which are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

I received an incomplete order, What should I do? If the order received is incomplete or wrong please contact us immediately. You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will help you to sort this out!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the EU will take up to 1 week.
For US orders the shipping will take around 2-3 weeks.

Returns

Goods return
In case you are not satisfied with your order you are able to return the products if there are no signs of wear. We are not responsible for covering the costs of shipping for returned goods.
